This Agreement binds You or the Company you represent (“You,” “Your”, or “User”) to the Terms of Use set forth herein in connection with your use of DNSoft India, Inc.’s (“Our”, “We”, “Company” or “DNSoft India”) software, services or other offerings on our site (collectively, our “LICENSED APPLICATION”). By using any of the company products or clicking on the "Signup" button, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you disagree with these Terms of Use or any part of these Terms of Use, you must not use our website or the Company’s LICENSED APPLICATION.
The Products include apps, web service, videos and instructional articles.
The Products contain YouTube videos that have been used in accordance with YouTube’s Terms of Service and YouTube’s rules for Using the YouTube APIs to Build Monetizable Applications.

Basic Terms
You must be 18 years or older to use DNSoft India's products and services including this website.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other DNSoft India's users.
You may not use DNSoft India's products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
You must not modify, adapt or hack DNSoft India's products or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with DNSoft India Inc.
You must not sell, lease, lend, convey, redistribute, or sublicense to any third party all or any portion of DNSoft India's Content and Services.
You must not access DNSoft India's products by any other means other than the DNSoft India’s applications or website.
You must not transmit any malware, spyware, worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
You must not, in the use of DNSoft India's products, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your access to DNSoft India's products and services.

Basic Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the DNSoft India's any product or service for any reason, without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account or updating the website. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
We reserve the right to refuse Products and Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right to force forfeiture of any username that becomes inactive, violates trademark, or may mislead other users.
We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.

No Warranty
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF DNSOFT INDIA'S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ("LICENSED APPLICATION") IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSED APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY THE LICENSED APPLICATION ("SERVICES") ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND DNSOFT INDIA HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSED APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. DNSOFT INDIA DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST INTERFERENCE WITH YOUR ENJOYMENT OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION, THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN, OR SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY, THE LICENSED APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE OPERATION OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE LICENSED APPLICATION OR SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY DNSOFT INDIA OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. SHOULD THE LICENSED APPLICATION OR SERVICES PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON APPLICABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Limitation Of Liability
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DNSOFT INDIA BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED APPLICATION, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF DNSOFT INDIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
